Vessel-Wallet allows you to create, deploy, and manage smart contracts. You are solely responsible for the content, execution, and outcomes of any smart contract you create using the Service. The specific terms of your subscription, including pricing and payment details, are provided on the Site. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may adjust pricing and subscription models at any time, with notice.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data collection practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Vessel-Wallet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vessel-Wallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any failure to perform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vessel-Wallet and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease, and you must promptly cease using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vessel-Wallet is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. You agree to arbitrate any such disputes in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or any equivalent organization in your jurisdiction.
